She holds a Master’s in Public Health from Robert Gordon University and a Bachelor’s in Social Work from the Universidade de Brasília. Focused on addressing health inequalities, Jhulia has contributed to impactful projects in both the UK and Brazil, collaborating with stakeholders across Latin America and Europe.

Her experience spans academic, charitable, and healthcare sectors, where she has developed strong skills in supporting research initiatives. Jhulia is experienced in working with diverse teams, using research to drive public health strategies and advocacy efforts. She’s known for her ability to build connections and foster collaboration across different groups. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, Jhulia bridges linguistic and cultural barriers to foster international partnerships. In her current role, she continues to apply her wide-ranging skills to advance health advocacy and research throughout Europe. She is based in Scotland.
