Katherine holds a medical degree (MBChB Medicine and Surgery) and a BSc in Physiological Sciences from the University of Bristol. She has worked as a trainee Histopathologist and at the Bristol Haematology and Oncology Centre as a junior doctor where she treated myeloma patients, including those involved in clinical trials.
During university, she gained experience in supporting underprivileged students who aspire to become doctors, and supporting a summer school for 6th form students interested in studying medicine. In her spare time, she enjoys bouldering, football and hiking.
She is interested in producing accessible and relevant educational material for patients using her clinical and academic experience.
She is currently based in Bristol, UK.
